About Fundation

The Foundation was founded by Mark S. Duval (the Founder) and operates under the Act on Foundations dated 6 April 1984 (JL of 1991, No. 46, item 203 as amended). The key purpose of the Foundation is to organising fund-raising for the benefit of the poor and ill as well as the disabled, with special attention given to children and the elderly. We also raise funds and dedicate them for feeding children from the poorest families and co-finance charity events, concerts and exhibitions; support and promote artists and sportspeople.

The aid concept originated from the need to help.

The Foundation operates in the territory of the Republic of Poland.

The Duval Foundation is a non-profit organisation.

The Foundation’s bodies are:

  1. The Foundation’s Council
  2. The Foundation’s Management Board

The following persons were appointed the Foundation’s Council Members:

  • Marcin Rakowski
  • Matthew John Morgan

The Management Board Members are:

  • Linda Sztyller – Chairperson
  • Bozenna Duval – Board Member
  • Malena Kowalska – Board Member
