The Duval Foundation helped organise educational and tourist excursions to the seaside (to Rowy) for kids with intellectual disabilities placed under the care of the Maria Konopnicka Specialist Education and Rearing Centre No. 1 in Kutno. 30 children with light and moderate deficiencies, who reside at the Centre’s boarding school, joined the excursion. The Foundation paid for the stay and board of 10 kids.
During those few days at the seaside, the kids could see the Czołpin dunas and the lighthouse, the Słowiński open air museum in Kluki, the fortifications of Ustka and take a walk through the Słowiński National Park and along the seashore.
